Chicken Parmesan
4 rooster breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, crushed
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to style
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pound the rooster breasts to an excellent thickness utilizing a meat mallet.
