Banana Hawaiian bread

Hawaiian Banana Bread with Pineapple, Coconut and Macadamia is a delicious Hawaiian-inspired banana bread made with crushed pineapple, coconut flakes, and chopped macadamia nuts.

°1/2 cup soft butter
°1 cup of sugar
°2 large eggs
°1 ripe, mashed banana
°8 ounces crushed pineapple (do not drain)
°2 cups flour
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/4 cup grated coconut
*How to make Hawaiian Banana Bread:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In  bowl, beating butter & sugar with a mixer to mixture is light & fluffy. Adding eggs, one at a time, and beat to mixed.
Add the mashed banana and pineapple.
In other medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Adding to wet ingredients.
Stir in the grated coconut flakes.
Pour mix to greased loaf pan (9 x 5). Bake for 60 min.
